You will need to register your players in the roster section of your ‘Back Office’ (ie. Administrator area). To get to this area, simply click on the ‘Team Rep Login’ blue button (if the button isn't blue, you've got the wrong button!) on the right side of the computer screen.
A new window will open up asking you for your user name and password. This is the information you typed in on the registration form when you registered or were given to you by the website supervisor. If you forgot either the username or password or both, just email the supervisor (info@nofrillsvolleyball.com) to request your username and password.
Once you’ve typed in your User name and password, one of two things will happen. Either your back office will open OR the system will tell you that you can’t get in because your account has currently been disabled. If you're into the back office skip the next two paragraphs and go down to the 'Inside The Back Office' section.
If you get the "disabled" message, please email the Supervisor right away and so that you account can be re-activated.
When your account has been re-activated then repeat the process to get into your Back Office and this time, you’ll be able to get in.
Inside The Back Office
Once your into your back office, you’ll be on the 'Team' page. In the chart area of the page you'll see you're team name. Beside it (if on computer, or possibly below it on smartphone) you'll see a blue box with a white number in it. That number tells you how many players are currently on your roster. When you start it should be a zero or one. Click on that blue box to have it take you to the roster entry page. In the top right corner of this new page you should see a green box with white text that says "+ Add a Player". To start adding players, click that plus symbol.
A new page opens. That's the player data entry page. Enter, the first name, last name, gender and email address of the first player.
The rest of the info is optional to input. After you've done that. Look for the blue "Save Player" button and click it.
You’ll see that that player is now in your roster and you can click on the green ‘+ Add A Player’ button to enter the next name. Just repeat until you’re done your roster.
(Do not worry about your privacy, no contact information will be displayed on the public site, it’s only listed in your back office where only your players can see them.)
ADD BOTH YOUR TEAM REPS TO THE PERSONNEL LINK SO TEAMS CAN REACH YOU IN CASE THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH AN UPCOMING GAME
After you've entered all your players, click on the ‘Personnel’ link found just below the Green "+ Add a Player" button and enter the appropriate information for both you (i.e. the 'Team Rep') and your alternate contact.
(Note: We strongly recommend that you have an alternate contact because if you are unreachable or away from town, the chances of reaching your team is much better with at least one additional contact. You can add more contacts to this list if you wish. The more ‘Personnel’ you have, the better the chances your fellow team contacts will be able to reach you – this is especially important during a potential cancellation or default.)
When entering the ‘Personnel’ information, you just need to enter the first name, last name, email, Title and at least one phone number for each contact you enter in this section. This process to enter and save this information is much the same as what you experienced when entering the roster data, just the names of the buttons are a bit different.
After that, I encourage you to start checking out the various links on your left and right by clicking on them and seeing what they offer.
